I joined Variant Partners in 1989 as a high school co-op student. Later that year I became a full-time Administrative Assistant. In 1998 I was promoted to Office Manager.
As Office Manager, I am responsible for all of the office administrative duties. I assist with all the daily financial operations and maintain monthy sales reports to track both individual and company sales goals. I manage payroll and processing of temporary candidates and coordinate with our Corporate office in this function.
