After offer acceptance, we continually monitor the placement. We assist with resignation, dealing with counter offers and relocation. Maintaining close contact throughout this period prevents candidate fall-off.
Finally, we maintain communication with clients and placed candidates to ensure a smooth transition, satisfaction and positive contribution to the new role and company.
