David leads Variant Partners’ Industrial Operations Leadership practice. A Mechanical Engineer by training, he spent eight years in manufacturing before beginning a career in executive search more than 25 years ago. His combination of operational experience and executive search expertise provides clients with a practical understanding of leadership challenges facing today’s manufacturing and industrial organizations.
